“Smart firefighting” construction as a part of the “smart city” has been a concern of the public security and fire agencies at all levels. In this study, the status, problems, and reflections of “smart firefighting” construction in China are discussed. A recent survey indicates that China has launched its smart firefighting construction and initially created a new perspective on its regional smart firefighting work based on three main aspects: intelligent disaster perception by Internet of Things (IoT) construction, intelligent disaster prevention by big data construction, and intelligent disaster disposal by emergency rescue platform construction. However, the current smart firefighting construction in China still has some prominent problems such as the data interconnectivity and normalized management of various platforms, the extensibility of smart firefighting platforms, and the intelligent level of smart firefighting researches, which need to be solved urgently. Therefore, we argue that smart firefighting construction in China should establish data interconnectivity, industrial normalized management, 2D/3D geographic information interaction and extension, high-integration fire protection theory, and many other aspects in the near future and truly realize firefighting visualization and efficient data applications for 4D time space. The multi-objective economic dispatch (MOED) problem in cascaded hydropower systems is a complicated nonlinear optimization problem with a group of complex constraints. In this paper, an improved partheno genetic algorithm (IPGA) for resolving the MOED problem in hydropower energy systems based on the non-uniform mutation operator is proposed. In the new algorithm, the crossover operator is removed and only mutation operation is made, which makes it simpler than GA in the genetic operations and not generate invalid offspring during evolution. With the help of incorporating greedy selection idea into the non-uniform mutation operator, IPGA searches the solution space uniformly at the early stage and very locally at the later stage, which makes it avoid the random blind jumping and stay at the promising solution areas. Finally, the proposed algorithm is applied to a realistic hydropower energy system with two giant scale cascaded hydropower plants in China. Arc erosion behavior of Ag/Ni materials with different operation numbers was investigated by OM, 3DOP and SEM. The results indicated that the arc erosion of Ag/10Ni electrical contact material fabricated by sintering? extrusion technology was more and more serious with the operation numbers increasing from 1000 to 40000. With the same operation numbers, the arc erosion on anode was more serious than that on cathode. Besides, the pores preferred to emerge around the arc effect spot during the first 10000 operations. And the morphology of the molten silver on cathode and anode was different due to the action of gravity and arc erosion. Furthermore, the relationships among arc energy, arc time, welding force, electric resistivity, temperature and mass change on contacts were discussed, which indicated that the mass loss on cathode was mainly caused by the fracture of molten bridge. 相似文献

南水北调中线工程运行以来,发挥了巨大社会效益,沿途及京津冀地区对其调水需求日增,渠道停水检修将带来较大风险,因此面临输水状态下渠道衬砌板破坏抢修难题。部分挖方渠道衬砌板下有复杂的渗控措施,输水状态下采用围堰干地抢修渠底和较深部位的渠坡衬砌板时,需解决围堰基坑内外水位差可能带来的基坑内渠坡抗浮和渗透破坏问题。鉴于此,在渠道渗控设计及围堰布置基础上,根据“前堵后排”思想,提出一种围堰基坑“外、中、内”三防线渗控方案,即围堰基坑外围渠基透水管封堵,基坑周边安装水泵抽排。三维渗流场模拟结果表明,该方案可显著降低基坑周边衬砌板下砂垫层内水平渗透比降和基坑涌水量,能保证基坑渗流安全。研究成果可为南水北调中线输水状态下挖方渠道围堰干地抢修提供理论依据和技术支持。 相似文献
